SPARK

SPARK is a compact CO2 laser coder designed for small character coding on products and packaging. It applies permanent variable data – including expiry dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes, Data Matrix codes, text and logos – directly onto the substrate, without inks or solvents.

Available in 10W and 30W versions, SPARK combines reliable marking with a compact format for dynamic and static applications. It is a practical option for manufacturers that need clear, durable codes and straightforward day-to-day operation.

Digital galvos, a dual processor and TCP/IP over Ethernet support integration into demanding production environments. SPARK can also be connected to Macsa ID’s Integranet 4.0 platform for equipment monitoring and maintenance planning.
