Fiber Laser Engraving Machine for High-Precision Marking

The fiber laser engraving machine with MOPA technology allows the user to control the pulse shape and duration in order to optimize the conditions for high-precision marking and micro-machining.

Short pulse widths are ideal for marking delicate substrates such as plastics or thin materials. A wide frequency range allows for high repetition rates with a short pulse width, leading to increased productivity.
Longer pulse widths are idal for deep engraving applications and other material removal processes, such as color marking on stainless steel, black marking on aluminum, or high-contrast marking on plastic substrates.

The key to achieving high-precision marking lies in accurate thermal control and having 8 selectable and programmable pulse widths. The F-9000 DUO MOPA laser is the perfect tool for demanding, high-value applications.
