idBlocks 4020/6020 Lineal is a pneumatic label applicator designed to approach the product and apply labels at different distances from the labelling unit. Its linear pneumatic cylinder provides a flexible solution for production lines where a fixed applicator position is not enough.

Choose contact or blow application according to the product surface, label position, available distance and handling requirements. The system is suitable for applying labels to cases, cartons, packaging and industrial products, including selected uneven surfaces.

Apply labels where a fixed applicator cannot reach

Product sizes, line layouts and label positions are not always consistent. idBlocks 4020/6020 Lineal uses a linear movement to bring the applicator closer to the product before applying the label.

This makes it a practical option where the product face is set back from the conveyor edge, where pack dimensions vary or where the label must be applied at a controlled distance from the main labelling unit.
