Affordable labelling application solution by mechanical detachment

The cheapest applicator system, it does not require any label transfer system, nor any mobile application system.

Label applicator system by label mechanical detaching.

It allows a labelling cadence up to 150 p/min.

There are available several application systems by contact and by contact on uneven surfaces.

SP and PR configurationsChoose SP for pre-printed labels or PR for print-and-apply applications with variable data.
High-speed label applicationSupports application rates of up to 150 labels per minute, depending on the label format, product spacing and line conditions.
Encoder speed synchronisationEncoder input synchronises label application with variable conveyor speeds for accurate placement during production.
Touchscreen control and stored recipesThe touchscreen supports setup, equipment monitoring and alarm management, while stored settings simplify product and label changeovers.
